Yamaha i88x with power cord. I might have the manual laying around somewhere, but it's downloadable in any case.

The i88x works great - awesome unit with great pres and nice converters. There isn't anything in the price range that compares, IMO.

Priced this one a little too high. $350 + shipping is more reasonable I think.
