I've got to part with my beloved Grace 101 to pay for a mic that I've been offered (in one of those offers too good to refuse). I'm asking $499 and I'll pay for insured shipping in the USA.

BTW, it's in first rate condition. I consider it to be in new condition.

Anyhow, the lowest street price I know of for the Grace 101 is $549. The lowest eBay auction I've seen is $496 for a used one.
