These mics are built super solid and work well for toms, snare, kick drum, and bass cabs. I've even thrown the NDM-10s on my Fender Pro Jr. guitar cab with some decent results.
The NDM-11 is designed for bass drum and bass cabs while the NDM-10s are more for toms and snare.
