Will include a monster cable TS 1/4" cable, use that as a instrument cable or a patch cable.

DPS II is 6 months old or there abouts. Everything on it works. Although I haven't tried the ADAT out, but I am sure that works too, just don't have the means to test it.

The DSP II is the one with the digital out so you can use the 4 ins that some cards advertise, 2 by way of analog ins and 2 by way of the digital in. The digital out can be used with other preamps as well, by using the insert ins. This thing has lots of gain perfect for the shinybox, nady, apex, etc. ribbon mics. Varible input impedence, phase, phantom, mic inputs on the front and rear, instrument being only on the front. Uses a three prong power cord, so no wallwart to worry about. V3, varible value voicing, yes the different settings do sound different. Seperate analog out and digital out level controls...can come in handy. Digital clip LEDs. Sample rates up to 96KHz at 24 bits. Its loaded for its price range.

$200 shipped to the lower 48. Paypal only, I cover the paypal fees as well as the shipping charges, so no need to worry about extra charges.

How's this compare to your VTB-1's? I'm looking to upgrade a from my vtb-1, I was looking at the MPA Gold but may be interested in the DPS.
 
VTB-1 to DPS II is not really an upgrade, maybe a crossgrade (is that a word). But you do get the digital out which can come in very handy.

BTW, I will go OBO (or best offer) if you are right on the edge.
 
Maybe I should have said its the bestest ever, most super dupper upgrade over the VTB-1's :p . If you have any more questions just let me know.

How about $180 SHIPPED, or $170 shipped with out the monster cable included?
