You can record your band with 8 mic pres and 8 more line inputs, or you can use it as a mixer for a live show setting. There are loads of fx you can use as well, built in. There is 0 latency while recording into a computer, so you record exactly what is being played and monitor that way as well. Great unit for a band or project studio.
