I'm in the position where I need to get some cash so I need to unload some gear. I have a Fender Twin Reverb for sale. It's a '74 I believe...Silverface cosmetics with the Push/Pull Master Volume. I bought it used a few months ago & have been very happy with it - GREAT tone. It's ugly as sin (custom surf green tolex) but plays beautifully. Reverb/Vibrato pedal included. It's an after market but functions well.

The new '65 reissues are going for $1100 in Musician's Friend. I've played thru a few of those & am much happier with my '74. I'm not so up on how much vintage gear is going for these days but I paid $700 + shipping for it this summer. Please make an offer.

My strat is a Fender American Standard (3 color sunburst) that I bought new from GC 3 or 4 years ago w/ hard shell case. They are currently going for $949 + $50 for the sunburst in MF. It's in good condition as well...a few scratches here and there from gigging out but nothing severe. I did write "been insane" on the pickguard with a sharpie but that can easily be removed or replaced.

I hate to get rid of this stuff but I've been out of a job for a few weeks and my wallet is starting to thin. My girlfriend got the lead in a play the other day & has had to cut down her work schedule to make rehearsals...so I guess it's up to me to pay the bills. Hopefully, this will help.

I don't have a digital camera but will hopefully be able to borrow one tomorrow to post some pics.

Pick up is preferred but I don't mind shipping if you don't mind paying for it.

Cheers.

*Edit* I also have a Dunlop Crybaby, a Zoom 505, and a Boss CS-3 for sale as well.

*Edit again* Let's not forget about the Tascam 464 I have. That can go too.

The front of my Twin Reverb. I had to lighten some of these pics so the color of the amp is a little off. By the way, the jewel has been replaced from the factory red color to a purple one.

The "twin front" pic shows the 2 small dents that are in the silverface. It was like that when I bought it so I don't know how it happened. I'm not that much into cosmetics anyways.

More guitar. You can see in some of these pics closeups of the scratches on the back of the body. Again, I lightened a few of these.

How much for the crybaby? I might be interested if it is a good deal.

I was going to say $40...but a quick search on ebay shows that they're a lot cheaper.

I'd rather just hang on to it than let it go cheaper than that.

There's actually an auction ending in a few hrs that is currently at $15. You might want to check that out. Sorry, I don't have a link. I closed the window & am much too lazy to pull it up again.

I hope this amp is still available next week, that's when I get paid. I'd really love to have it.

I'd really love to keep it. Unfortunately, there's bills to be paid.

$120 shipped seems fair.

I may possibly have the manual laying around as well. It will take some searching though.

Hell, I'll even throw in a few blank cassettes for you. That's like a $3 value right there.

No more offers on any of this stuff?

I'll even entertain ridiculous offers. If you got the balls to ask, I'll consider it.

Daddy needs some money, baby.

:D

Ok, I don't have balls at all, but I hereby offer you $100 for the twin reverb amp! (although, I couldn't buy that AND the recorder, sadly :\)

Haha. I can't go that low...but I did send you a follow up PM concerning the tascam. I'll hold it for you until I hear back.
