*FS: 3 Items, Help a young musician!*

Howdy everyone. I'm beginning to liquidate some of my equipment that doesn't see much use. I'm drumming a lot now, with 2 bands, so drumming is my primary focus at this time. As many of you know, being a young musician can be tough, which is what is happening to me now. I've been laid-off with 14 others from my job becuase of business complications. I really need money to keep myself going.

Here's what I've got for sale now:

1) Behringer UB1222FX Pro Mixer - 16 Inputs, IMPs, 24-bit effects
:::Excellent condition. Lightly used. All knobs, buttons, inputs, outs, etc. work. Like new! Includes original box, manuals, cords, etc. I will even warranty this mixer for 1 year. If it stops working, breaks, anything, send it back and I will have it repaired free of charge! ||$150.00||

2) ESP/ltd Viper 301 Electric Guitar - Black Cherry Finish, dual EMG-hz humbuckers, Tune-O-Matic Bridge, Sealed Tuners, Black Hardware.
:::OK Condition. This guitar works fine. There's only minor cosmetic flaws; nicks, scratches, etc. Sounds great! I'll also include a great condition Universal case for this guitar. ||$300.00||

3) MXL 990 Condenser Microphone. Unmolested, and in great condition. Does include mount (not shockmount). ||SOLD||

How does the capacitor mod change the sound of the mic? Would you mind going into detail explaining how it is done? I have an MXL 990 as well...

If you do a search through Google with "MXL 990 Cap Mod" you'll find a decent amount of info. I cannot remember who came up with it, or who to credit, but I want to say Gus (from Prodigy Pro) developed the idea.

There are 2 capacitors on the 990's board. I don't remeber which numbers. One is on the back, one is on the front. I've got all the caps and such I need, I just can't remember all the details. The 990 and 991 are actually quite similar, and the same mod can be performed on the 991 (and 603). I've done so on dual 991's and it's great!

Hmm butt rape.. sounds a bit like whats happening to me on ebay at the moment. I wont get compensation from ebay eather cause of several complication like paying into a bank account with a slightly differnt name than the one registered on ebay.

I can safely say bye bye to my tannoy reveals that i was going to buy on saterday. Have to work every sunday (like i do anyway) for another 8 weeks before i can get them now. :mad:

Edit: Im a studendt BTW otherwise i would be working in the week. It would be so much better. Saying this so noone thinks im lazy haha :D
 
I may be interested in the guitar hold it for a bit longer please.
