Okok ! I'm in the Newbies section so I'm gonna ask another Newbie question. How do you put reverb on a snare ?

You choose your snare, then you assign it to a mixer track.
if you click on the snare in the sequencer, it will open a new window to the right side of the screen. you can assign a number at the top right corner of this screen. This is the mixing channel, which you have know glued together with the snare.
Next you open the mixer (At the top panel, View-> Mixer if i recall correctly.)
This is the mixer which has now opened. The master channel affects the entire song, so you might wanna be gentle with effects on this track till you get the hang of it. Now choose #1, which is what you glued together with the snare. Choose Reverb from the effect list, and mess around with the parametres. from what I could hear the snare on that song you linked has a long decay time and a big amount of reverb

Does anyone recommend software equivalent or better than fruity loops?

Better for what? How serious do you want to get? Why dont you go download Reaper and play around with it for a while, its free until you want to pay for it.
