fruity loops type prog?

I'm waiting in desperation for fruity loops 3.5 to be released with it's ability to be used as a VST instrument in cubase etc. Does anyone know of any other step sequencer like progs that are similar to FL that also work in Cubase as a VST that are avaiable now? Cheers

FXpansions' DR-008 has a step sequencer, as well as other sequencing tools, and is probably superior to what a FL plug in might look like.
