fruity loops question

I've only messed around with the demo but I don't see a way to insert a tempo change.

Someone suggested PC drummer and I have tried the demo. I like the drum tracking better than fruity loops. The sounds are pretty solid too, but PC drumemr doesn't have a way to insert effects, etc like fruity loops does.

So, am I missing osmething in fruity loops? I tried a tempo change once and it changed the tempo for the whole song.

to my knowledge, fruity loops doesn't have a tempo map...

check out sony acid or something

you can do it, you just select which pattern you want the tempo to change on... usually I just create a new blank pattern because it switches the whole song over to that new tempo then once you have that pattern selected, right click on the tempo box and click edit events, then just lower the tempo
