From my computer to my recorder

I mainly record using a Fostex 16 track , but I have been recording little things and making loops on audacity on my laptop and was wondering if there was any way I could send the tracks from audacity to my computer. Thanks

I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to do but if Audacity records these loops then the computer has to give them a file designation such as a wave file. If so, then it's just a matter of copying those files to some removeable media (flash drive) and installing them on the other computer. Or, am I missing something?

This question doesn't make any sense.
I think you are wanting to send tracks from Audacity to your recorder, right?

I normally record on a Fostex 16 track digital recorder. I made some piano loops on audacity on my laptop and I am wanting to transfer those loops onto my Fostex digital recorder.
