Frequency Meters

I know about the 1 rack space L+R LED meter display for master volume. I would like sometype of meter system for the entire frequency spectrum (similar to the bars in windows media player) s that I can see what frequencies are most prminant in which inputs. Does ne of these exist in rackmount form or if not, vst form?
