Frequency analyzer for Sonar 2

Does anyone know of frequency analyzer or similar device that I could use as a plug-in in Sonar 2?

I'm having a heck of a time cleaning up some muddy mixes and don't seem to be able to put my finger on the offending frequencies by ear alone.

I know Wavelab has this, but it seems like I would have to export all my tracks from Sonar into Wavelab for analysis, and then back into Sonar to tweak them and continue working on my project...?

Sonar 2.0 XL has the Timeworks EQ with an embedded spectrum analyzer.

same here.. except i use protools le 6.1 ... any things in that? ive looked.. but havent seen in the plugs i own.
