Free VST plugins

HI, i'm looking for free plugins for cubase LE. Reverb mainly. I play ambient black metal and i'm looking for a cavernous reverb sound or a cathedral reverb. Also if there are any free drum sounds that are better than the drum program that came free with cubase LE please let me know. Thanks.

SIR. It's a free convolution engine. Works great. You have to d/l the impulse responses but there's a couple places you can get them. Like noisevault.

SIR is great. Other favorites of mine are:

GlaceVerb
Ambience
Classic Reverb
Freeverb Too

That should give you enough to play with.

oh and i almost forgot, i'm not sure what you are looking for with drums. if you can use a sampler you can download .wav files of drums here, or use the soundfont as a vst through a wrapper (i think that's what they call them)

freeverbtoo was wierd acting for me. It was really slow acting. Has this happened to any of you? Also, what reverb would you recommend for drums. Also are there any free drum vst's out there that are easy to use and better than the one that comes with cubase le?

no it hasn't acted weird for me, and check the post above for the answer to your drum question. if you need a sampler, go to kvraudio, or just use the search function on here and you will find many drum vst's
