Free VST plugins for cubase

I'm looking for some FREE software(that just means i dont want to pay for it) to download as far as effects, compressing, virtual instruments, etc. I'm using windows XP and cubase SE. Any suggestions(i.e. websites, software names..) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
