free vintage/analog plug in??

does anybody know where i can find a free or demo version of a good vintage/analog plug in? i'm trying to get that old 1950's sun records type of sound for my music. thanks

Izotope Vinyl makes your music sound like old records, but it mostly just makes it sound like crap. It's free to use from the company, so there is nothing to lose.

Go here and search for low-fi.

Also, PSP make a plugin called 'Vintage Warmer' that may tickle your fancy.

The PSP vintage warmer is a pretty decent plug to play with. I like PSP plugs in general.

Vinyl, well not so much IMO.

I like that the demo version has the on/off switch animated in time with the gaps in the audio...

Opps...I missed the free part in the initial post. Vintage warmer isn't free, but nice nonetheless and does have a demo with the animated on/off switch!
