Wow. There is just too much wrong with you, your post and your logic to know where to begin...
The guys over at Yellow Matter are always very helpful, if only very occasionally a bit slow to respond as I guess there aren't that many of them to man the posts... I had a problem with product activation which they solved (by means of some updated installer files and instructions for the fix) within an hour of me first contacting them.
Their support team help people out on the SSD forums, as well as frequenting other forums with a slightly strange but nonetheless present combination of annoying in-your-face-marketing spool and very helpful product support. Basically, they're not difficult to get hold of if you need them. Heck, I'm even 'friends' with Steven Slate on Facebook.
If, after all this, they're actually refusing to refund you then that suggests to me you did something stupid such as pay for it three times, and not be charged multiple times as you claim. With all the anti-fraud stuff that banks operate nowadays, its very rare for accidental multiple charges to be authorised - in fact its more common to have genuine charges declined and have to ring up to have them authorised.
If you were charged multiple times and are being refused a refund, you should log them as a fraudulent charges and initiate a chargeback (if you paid with a credit card), or any other relevant claims procedure (i.e. if you paid with Paypal).
