Are there free plugins available for logic? I.E. more pedals, amps, and other options?

Are there additional downloads available that make logic better?

Assuming you mean in Mac OS X, Logic uses Audio Unit plug-ins, and yeah, there are a lot of free Audio Units. Go to:

and do some searches or just google "free audio unit"
