anyone know where to get additional plug ins for free for use with cool edit pro?

start out with anything that is "DIRECTX"
Search for it, and you will find. Also, if you find a directx plug called a "VST WRAPPER" get that... which will enable you to use "VST" Plugs. Then search for them, and you will find many, many, many.
