Free Plug ins and VSTi's

Hey guys.

Just wondered if anyone had stumbled across any particularly good plugins for Cubase (Freeware ones). I wanted to install some at a teaching centre with a low budget, to beef up the current setup.

Any really good synths, samplers, and effect plugins (Compressors, filters etc) you've come across? I've been impressed with the standard of some of the free (I mean freeware, not 'free') plugs out there.
 
Click the search button above and you'll find all kinds of goodies........alot more than good free vst/vsti's. There's just too many to mention.

I'll tell you this though. Go to www.kvraudio.com and click the Instruments, Effects, etc. button and navigate your way thru free plugin heaven.
 
For EQ, compressor, reverb, chorus, flanger try:

The Classic Series is excellent and free and Torben who is the developer provides support on the forum at that site. The Kjaerhus plug-ins have an excellent reputation at the KVR site menioned earlier.
