Fractal Axe FX II - Is it worth it?

I'm considering:
1) Keeping my current rig: Mic'd (SM57) up Mesa Transatlantic 15 with a Vox open back cab
2) Eleven rack
3) Fractal Axe FX II

What do you think? Is the Fractal worth $ difference? or is the tone that I will get from my Mesa better?

It's worth it if you use it. If you only need one good distortion and one good clean setting then it would be a waste of money but say you want 80 different chorus or clean settings, etc, or many types of distortion then it's a good investment. Versatility is what the AxeFX is best at so if you use its versatility then it's money well spent.
