Hi there, I'm new to this forum. I recently bought a fostex vf08. I'm having fun with it especially workig out what the manual means. Being a total beginner to multitracking can anyone tell me how to find or use the "virtual" tracks? Also, what does scrubbing mean?

I saw your post about just having the unit and learning to use it. I just bought mine and am wondering if you have any tips or short-cuts that you could share with me? I'm trying to lessen the learning curve a little!
