Fostex vf 160

Hello, i'm new to this forum and I have a question, I have a fostex vf 160 that I want to transfer my recordings to my pc software, is there an easy way to do this? thanx...

I think you may need to fit a S/P DIF sound card to your PC.

simple enough if your vf is equipped with cd burner. go get some cd-rw disks. they must be cd-rw. load one in and follow instructions. then select save,prog. ide, bk-up. sav as wav

CD-R disks work fine and faster than CD-RW disks in the VF160-CD.
