FOSTEX M80/R8 play speed? Help

i just bought my second M80,i must be having a "senor moment" ,i can't find where to change the play speed. any pointers? maybe it's a "one" speed machine? what about the R8?

The M80 is a "fixed" speed machine at a nominal 15. The only speed variant I can see is the pitch control with +/- 10% of nominal speed.
To change the speed radically, you would probably need a new capstan of a different diameter.
