Don't have the manual does anyone know if the XLR's on this have pin 3 hot or pin 2? Thanks

There are 4 dip switches on the back to select between pin 2 or 3 hot for each input pair.

This one only has 8 switches to select bal or unbal output. (which i assume would in unbalanced tie "-" to ground.) I popped the hood and it looks like there is a red wire going to pin 2 so i'm guessing pin 2 hot. I'm going to take a multimeter and see if in unbal mode which side goes to ground.

Using multimeter, it would appear as though pin 2 ties to ground in unbalanced mode. Therefore I am assuming that pin 3 is hot.

The manual is now online at fostexinternational. The newer version (saw some on ebay) have the switches, the version I have do no, but I am confident it is pin 3 hot.
