mbrane: thank you man. I was tickled with the drum thing too. I retracked the piano and b3, maybe the drum thing will make more sense now in the 2nd cut.
Track Rat: hehehe, yep after all that last smoke break...

thanks Bif Daddy.
David: yup, the washburn can get a little strong, I wasnt purposely trying to track correctly, actually I was just sittin here in the dark working on a feeling. I still want to get you on a blues thing soon.
Mixmkr: yeah, I have to be careful on that bass. The shop i had it worked on only had a light gauge string set to go on it. I use a heavier gauge cause I bend and wiggle a lot of notes and these are noisy like wire snares on a drum if I dont play them carefully.
Stratomaster: Thanks, the Fender and Ibanez jazzes have an upper midrange tone. I can get it on the washburn but I enjoy the deep dark it can do at times too.
Kramer: thank you man. I got it in the tank for future work.
Doug H: there`ll be more in time. I may use this theme for a community cadaver here in the lab so that anybody that wants can do some cutting. I`ll have to get all movements glued together and presentable first.
groucho: Im glad you enjoyed it. Just a snapshot of a mood but maybe I can paint a picture with it over time.
crawdad: your right, and there are sounds and conversations that have been captured on tape over the years that I`d give a tooth to have. And some times much more fun and enriching than the actual work on a session. I like that idea "Go Naked"
flat-9: oh how I wish you lived down the street, what pie we would make! I`m retracking the piano to give a little more skeleton to the theme. Yep, to use it It needs a transition into another variation and a resolve. I got a rough idea. Maybe I can get it down and you can replace with your touch some time.
jake: thanks a lot. Funny, I just did a simple back track for this and just jammed. no work into it at all. Maybe I been trying to hard in the other stuff.
chrisharris: thank you. Kramer could surely wring some cryin notes through this. Good idea, I like his stuff.
khompewtur: I appreciate it. Actually this was all done cold. I was winding down from a trip to gig last weekend in a totally different genre, and needed to get a feeling out I had been toting around. Afterwards I felt better and thought I'd share some of it it with the fellas.
Gidge: I made some gumbo today for the kids and thought about you.

I think this one might get a finish on it before long. There was a spot or two where I did get a little more emotional and meant, to slam into the chest. The rest of it was ok but got off into the bizarre a little so I didnt burden yall`s ears.
TripleM: 'always a pleasure to see your post... I`m glad you enjoyed it. It was purely a feeling.
