bollocks redux!
For Sale - Prices Reduced

Need to "trim the herd" as I have just bought an illogical amounts of drums (2 kits in 3 days) considering that I'm not a drummer, so I'm offering up a couple of Home Recording staples for sale. Prices include shipping to continental U.S.:
Alesis 3630 - $35 - a little dirty, but working fine (just tested it)
Shure PG58 w/ bag and stand clip - $35 - just tested it-- it works fine, no mic cable
If anyone wants to take both, I'll throw in a used, scratched ART Tube MP too. I just tested it as well and it seems to work well (phantom power too), but i noticed that it scratches a little for a moment when the volume is turned up and the phantom power is turned on or off-- this is not particularly uncommon I understand, however. Once upon a time I paid $100 for that thing.
I have 100% feedback on ebay as "koj-dogg," but wanted to try here first as these home recording standards seem to often get lost there. All items as is.
Reasonable offers welcome.
Thanks & rock on dudes and dudettes.

I will do $60 for all three things shipped, if that does it for anyone (not holding my breath).

bump-- prices slashed. i'll give it a few days and then engage in the e-commerce hoe-ing on the cyberspace corner that is ebay

If you can guarantee that everything works when it arrives, I'll take your stuff. You said "as-is" at the bottom of your post and I don't like buying things that may or may not work. Call me crazy. :)

sounds good. i put "as is", because i usually see that on everything i buy used off ebay and it seems like a good thing to do (everything is inherently "as is" i suppose). i haven't used any of that gear to track in atleast a couple of years, but i can guarantee everything against doa and i will pack it absurdly. my idea is that if anything's wrong and if you're willing to ship everything back if anything's broken, i'll refund you the entire purchase price once i get it. otherwise i'll send you a prorated refund (like $30 for the 3630, $30 for the pg58-- the art mp is as stated, and is like the complementary throw-in knife that comes with your ron popeil rotisserie roaster). is there any way to do that in a way that protects you better (does going through paypal offer more protection?).

to be honest, the only piece i'm interested in is the throw-in-knife. :D i had one at one time and it got lost in the shuffle of moving. if i get these items from you, i will trade off / sale the other two. so here's my dilemma. i want to pick up a throw-in-knife but i don't want to pay the price for a new throw-in-knife. i would rather get the throw-in-knife for free with the purchase of the ron popeil rotisserie. i have a buddy that needs a rotisserie. if the rotisserie does'nt work, i send it back to you but pay for return shipping. this cuts into my plan of getting a truely free throw-in-knife. now if the rotisserie was tested before shipping, i would be assured that i'm receiving a fully functional piece of ron popeil mechandise that my buddy would surely get some use out of and trade me an equally useful item in return. otherwise, i'm actually paying for the throw-in-knife, which i would never do. get my drift here kojdogg?

er yeah. how do i get you a taste of the juicy, tasty chicken? i guess i could record something through all three and post/email and mp3.

if you could just test the items to make sure everything is working correctly, that would be fine. i would feel much better about the purchase if you test the items considering that the stuff has been unused for a long amount of time. it would potentially save us both some time and aggravation.

also, i'm assuming that any necessary power cables are included. details make for quick sales.

yeah-- i tried everything out before i made the first post in this thread. i ran my bass through a bass pod and into the 3630-- i tested each channel to make sure that the compression worked and that the gates worked (they did). i then ran the pg 58 into the tube mp and it worked well. i used a rode nt1000 (not included :D ) to make sure that the phantom power worked in the mp. the mp worked well, but as i noted in the first post, it made a brief scratchy sound when i turned the volume knob (it lasted very briefly), and made a little pop when i turned the phantom power off. again, i believe that none of that is too out of the ordinary. if you want me to do any more testing, i'm happy to do so.

yeah-- all power cords included, however no original packaging. i have the adapter that came with the tube mp, though it doesn't say "art" or anything.

travis-
the items went out today by insured priority mail (cost me about $16-- i figured it'd be like that :) ; oh well, it's a cheap throne and a couple of pairs of sticks). please let me know when it gets there and if all is good with it.
