I've noticed that my rep points have been taking a beating lately. Could it be because I've been attacking this issues of gun control, 'under God' in the Pledge, and Bush-inspired religious extremism?

Yes, I think SO!!!! :eek:

So, having an rep point total means only that you are an ass-kisser on this forum. If you gain and lose lots of rep points, but stay around zero, then maybe that means that you are good at attacking issues.

Can you have negative rep points? If so, does your green square turn into a red one?

You can have negative numbers, and it does make your chicklett turn red... There are couple people on here with them. DJL used to have -99 rep points. I think that's as low as it goes... But he's straightened up and now has a rep power of 11...
