I'm trying to decide wether to return my dell or just have it fixed. I bought it through the business division so they offer pretty good service. After a blue screen one of the PCI slots was not working for my soundcard, but the other two worked fine. So they offered to replace the MOBO. My question is could there be other problems that caused this problem such as the casing or slot brackets being faulty or even the connectors to the mobo?
