Okay, just kidding. I hope anyway. I just installed my Saffire 56 in my rack but am waiting on my new computer to get here so I can play with it. I have used the Line 6 UX1 faithfully during the past 4 years because I did 4 tours in Iraq and needed something to do when not getting shot at. It worked rather well with Sonar and Gearbox was pretty good under a set of HD 280's.
Does anyone here have experience with the liquid channel preamps? There are two on the 56 and I will be running an NTK to it for vocals and acoustic guitars.
I am wondering also about the A/D conversion. I am hoping that the price tag wouldn't allow crap A/D converters.
Lastly, are the bundled Plugs any better than Sontius or PSP?
