What is the best program to convert FLAC into MP3's??

I just consulted out resident FLAC expert, and he says he doesn't know of a program that will convert directly from FLAC to mp3. You'd probably need to make it a wav first.

There's probably not a good free one that will do it one shot. But these shareware might help. These will most probably do it one shot.

These are shareware. But most shareware like this that I have used allow converting a limited number of files per run and that is not a problem.
