First studio setup

I just got my tax return so i have some cash to blow finally getting my studio together i will be recording 1 maybe 2 tracks at a time and i am a hip hop artist so i won't really be recording much other then vocals and some guitar rifts for beats from time to time but heres the setup i am buying next week so let me know what u guys think and if u have any opinions i tried to pick the most bang for my buck without going super cheap because i want good sound. also i will be recording in my attic i kind of have this perfect little corner thats cut out in it looks like a little 6by8 foot space where i put up studio foam but heres the equipment give me feedback!!

You don't need the Behringer mixer for recording. Leave it out of the signal chain, use it for live performances, if you must. You'll need a solid mic stand for that mic. Forget the 'studio foam' - read the multiple threads about it in the studio building section of this forum.
