It's been many many months since I posted anything... I have a brief excerpt (0:42) that I chopped out of a somewhat aimless jam. After tracking, I did a little playing around with applying some stuttering effects to the ends of some phrases -- a less-than-successful experiment. There's one beautiful moment just past the half-way mark... that's what made me decide to put it up here.

It's the first one...

Hopefully SONAR will inspire me to more productive output, when it arrives and I install it...

Always like your electric guitar sounds/playing AlChuck. Difficult to really comment much in a snippet, but it sounds cool! Would need to hear the whole thing to offer any opinions.

Thanks, Emeric... I'm a little embarrassed to be posting such a small bit, I just liked that moment halfway through so much, and it had been so long (September?) since I offered up amything new...

Very cool indeed. Sort of like Allman Brothers meets breakfast robot. I like where you're going with this, but I don't like the sort of cheap keyboard sounds so much ... but really, this is very creative and quite cool. I'd like to hear more than one minute. Kind of reminds me of dmcsilva's stuff...though I haven't seen him around in ages. Very nice guitar work!

This is excellent stuff.
Definetly a man that has listened to King Crimson and from the second song, David Torn. Keep up the good work.

This is what I love about this place... at home all I get is "that's nice" or "cool, Dad," but here I get Allman Brothers/King Crimson/David Torn comparisons... :)

Thanks!

Hopefully soon I'll have some more complete pieces that I will put up for mix suggestions, etc. There's so much to learn.
