First mic/setup confusion: Samson G-Track vs Mic + Interface

Hello :),

I am looking to buy my first recording setup. I live in India and not all brands are available here and the ones which are, they are pretty expensive. My brother is coming back from USA next month, so he can get me whatever I need.

Let me give you some recording details. I am going to be recording vocals and acoustic guitar to begin with, along with other synth stuff. Later on, I plan to record electric guitar when I buy one. I will be recording in my bedroom using my PC.

Thing is, I am on a very tight budget of about 100-110$. From the research I have done, I can see two options I could go with:

Option 1:

Samson G-Track USB Mic - 105$ on Amazon. This comes with a built-in interface. Headphone output for monitoring as well as an instrument jack.

Now I know USB mics are generally not recommended, which brings us to the next option.

Option 2:

Buy a used audio interface that comes with phantom power, pre-amp and an instrument jack for around 40$, which leaves me with around 70$ for the mic.

The two mics I have narrowed down to are:

AKG Perception 120 - 78$ on Amazon
Audio Technica AT2020 - 79$ on Amazon

exceeding my budget slightly.

Questions:

Which option should I go with? Any other path I could take?

For Option 1:

- Is the Samson G-Track any good? Anyone here has any experience with it?
- Any other similar USB mics out there?

For Option 2:

For me to even consider option 2, I would first need to find a used interface selling that cheap.

- Need some cheap but decent interface suggestions. How good is the Tascam US-122L?
- Is it generally safe to buy used stuff like this on ebay? I have never bought anything off ebay
- Do you guys know any other good place where I could look for a used interface apart from ebay and craiglist?
- What's a good vocal condenser mic for around 70-80$? (male vocals, alternative/acoustic rock). Between the AKG Perception 120 and the Audio Technica AT2020, which one looks better?

Also, do I really need an instrument jack? I am not sure what's the best way to record an electric guitar. If I don't need the instrument jack, it could open up more USB mic or cheaper interface possibilities.

Any other advice and recommendations are welcome.
