I was given a MAC..

Garage band is kinda cool

Had a gig las night so all my equipment was in my truck .. Mac and Controller abra cadabra I was in record mode. dabbled for about two hours and banged this sketch of a tune I have out..some sloppiness and over done crap but damn.. powerful little recording tool I have here. EZ to get rolling...

Yeah, nice groove and playing. The complete lack of any low end suggests that maybe you recorded through the built in mic on your mac?????????? Should sound great with an interface and a good mic.

Thanks GZ..No... the recording was all in the box with the stock vst's that come with garage band. Just a controller keyboard connected via usb. It had bottom when I was listening through the monitors but when I tried to export it.. it came as a MP4, all the panning was gone almost mono and very tinny ??? Anyway very cool easy to use set up for doing quick sketches of ideas.
