For $500 or less, i need a mixer with 8-16 inputs and firewire support. Does anyone know the best way to go on this? I have seen alot by Mackie but they all seem like those are used for live recording. They have Pre EQ and Pre Mixed through the firewire, so its pointless for studio work, right?
