does your firebox ever get real hot when you use it?

I'm daisy chainging off of it, could that be what's making it so hot?

Yeah it gets hot. I mean, not too hot to rest my palm on it for as long as I want...but warm, you know?

I contacted Presonus about this...not a problem.

But if it's really cooking you finger, you might need to start worrying
