Try calling a Junior College and ask about any electronic music course they might offer; we have one here in Grand Rapids that I'd like to take that deals with sequencing/Roland gear/etc.
Then, try the big Universities and ask the music department what they might offer?
I'm sure you can find something down there if you check.
