Finding a good vocal coach.

Ive got the roger love books and stuff, and now I think im ready to get a real coach. How do I find a coach that doesnt suck though? I live in the central illinois area, in Peoria. Does anybody know any good coaches around here or how I could go about finding one?

musical theater singers.
