The introductory strings/bells seem to be panned a bit wide (on headphones). The wide panning works well during the verses as it keeps them away from the voice.
- the vocals are very powerful and have tremendous feeling....nice tone/reverb/position. A tiny bit of sibilance.....
- the drums are very nice. The panning on the toms is great. Snare very nice. The bell on the ride sounds great, clear but not too loud.
- guitar solo with accompaniment at end has nice tone.
Overall well written, palyed and recorded....
Fastest four minutes ever - never bored always interesting.....

Are vocals too aloud or their “colour” is kind a terrifying. It was intentionally but maybe I overdrove that particular part.
Should I sing it more “clean” maybe? I usually borrow vocals but this one was very personal.
(I don’t know if you have read lyrics translation)

I am very glad about drums sounding good and I give all credit to my collab-friend nico2112.
He did all work using only two recording inputs. Imagine that!
Drums are Pearl, only a few weeks old.
I only imported his files to my A. Audition session, compressed them a little bit and added a slight of reverb.

We hope for more feedback

sikter - the vocals are very, very good. They have a good tone and they are not too loud. There is a very small amount of sibilance on the vocals (that sssssssss sound) sometimes. It is a small amount so it could be fine...

Good song, I like the panning. The lead vocals are a lil dead sounding, I am not sure how to fix that. Some harmony vocals would help. The song is very good, sounds "haunting".

I did not use Deesser. Tried it but I was not happy with it.

Thank you for being there for me every time.
I did not record backing vox yet.
On the last chorus I have some backing vox which I made owith help of software.
The real ones are coming when I get a new chance of being home alone.
I posted this preliminary mix mostly to get feedback about the drums.
