1. (PC) Improved latency.
2. (Mac) Mac driver is now compliant with Mac Intel machines.

Bug Fixes: 1. (PC) Fixed issue where certain PCs would crash when using the Windows driver and the MPD16 is attached via USB.

2. (PC) Fixed issue where the PC utility would produce an error when attempting to uninstall.
