Ok.... This is the gear I may be buying.
I have a couple of Mixers listed. Give me honest opinions and advice. Budget is limited. This stuff isn't going to be purchased at once, and not necessarily new either. I am not buying PRO quality cause I am not on that level. If for some reason this stuff ends up sitting around unused I'd rather have $500 invested than $5,000

Mixers
What do you guys think between the Behringers and Yamahas listed?

Behringer 12 track

Thanks guys.. You've been a lot of help so far.

I would go for the Yamaha mixer instead of the Behringer. Better preamps.

The difference between those 2 mixers is the 2nd one includes effects. Bit of a waste of time if you're recording to your PC, as you want to record dry and apply any effects later.

The delta 44 is a good soundcard. If you get this card you should get the MG12/4 mixer instead of the MG10/2. The 10 indicates how many inputs - the 2 how many outputs. It is possible to fiddle it and get 4 outputs from the 10/2, but you're limiting your options.

I use the MG12/4 with the delta 44 and it works great
