Finale 98 vs win XP

Maybe you guys can help me...

I have Finale 98... and I recently upgraded to win XP..
Can they work together???

When I try to load up finale... it says "no midi under Windows NT"...
and when I try in Win98 Compatability mode... it gives me a driver error.

can anyone help?

Camn...
What's your MIDI port ? And what's the device you hook into it ? I believe you should upgrade the driver to make it work in NT based Windows (NT, 2K, XP...).

I use a midisport for external.. but Im tring to use an internal chip on a Phillips card...

in any event.. Its Finale 98 that says NO to nt.. the MIDI stuff all works under different apps...???
