File transfer

I have recorded a buch of tracks on a laptop at home and now want to give the files to my drummer to finish up. Problem is the laptop doesn't have a burner so I am clueless asto how I can get the files onto my mates computer. Anyone know how i should do this (note i dont want to do any dismantling and hard drive swapping)?? I have an option of borrowing an external burner, would this be my best option or is there a way to simply hook the laptop to the pc and transfer the files?
Any hepl would be appreciated.

Well, what other IO options does the laptop have?
LAN, USB, firewire?
All can used to connect 2 computers to eachother.
Which OS are you using? Determines basically how easy you can pull it off.
