Few questions for Sonar pros... :)

Alright, last night I loaded up Ammeths song called Blatchford on Sonar 2...
1st question: at some point on track view all my volume controls disapeared on all 20-something tracks. I could only access volume through console faders. Tried everything, couldnt get it back. Closed it, reopened the project, and they were back in track view. Relieved, but still wanna know why.

2nd question: I could not for the life of me get a reverb on aux 1 to work. For instance, I opened the reverb in the aux, turned on aux 1 on the snare track, set the send level every which way, messed with the controls on the aux control panel too, could get no audible or visual feed from the snare track into the reverb. I then put a reverb directly on the snare track and directly on the main out, and both worked fine. No aux, though. Something is amiss. I had no problems with Sonar 1.3, so maybe something has changed. I guess I need to sit down with the manual all over again. Any hints or help?

I wouldn't consider my self a Sonar "pro", but perhaps you could try going into you Audio options, clear out the AUX's Busses (select 0 as number of busses), close out of Sonar, then reload and re-add them. You'd have to add the effects again of course.

For question 2, try this - Make sure the output is mapped properly. If you're in console view, at the bottom of each buss it shows the output where that buss is directed. This may be different than your tracks. Play around with the prefader and post fader buttons too. Pre never gives me the control I want.

Well, just never had a problem til 2.0 and shouldnt be now...
I'll try this stuff out...
