Is there anyway I can Export my track mono to Wavelab from FruityLoops? Have 2 acoustic guitars which are the main instrument in the song, 1 Bass, and some drums, "snare, kick, and hats". I'm a little confused about the whole mono/stereo thing. Does everything start of mono in FL and is changed to stereo on export? If I'm doing a sampled drumkit as above, should I pan any of these or double anything so they'll sound more realistic? Anyhelp would be appreciated.

If there's no 'sum to mono' option in Wavelab (and that's hard to imagine) there certainly is one in Audacity, which is a free audio editor and recorder.

I'm not quite sure why you are so concerned with mono and stereo tracks - unless you are going to import them into a hard disk recorder or cassette four track.

And yes, you are permitted to gang up and layer FL sounds until they sound good to you with no penalty when you decide to export your loop. It's your software, and you can do pretty much anything you want with it.
