This is Blacky with white pick guard. Maple Neck.
2000 - 2001.
Texas Special Guitar- (set up with Stevie Ray type Texas Special pickups from the factory)- look it up on the web for pics.

Brand new still has the sticker on the pick guard. Mint.
Guitar came with Case & Strap, cloth...etc...

I wound up buying two and need the cash-iola for some other recording stuff, guitar has been in my bedroom closet since.......value has held up better than my stocks!!

everyone already has a mint Fender US Texas Special.stratocaster?

It is true, and less than <5hrs on it playing...
from the Fender Custom line...MARS had it for 1299, then I bought at the b-ruptcy sale for $800...

well, at the same time I had bought one form another store that wouldn't let me return it...so I wound up with 2...
it has held it's value better than my pee-on stock I own...paid $40 and now it's worth $18!

am I ebay bound? aaarggghh, never done that one...yet.
 
I know it makes you cry when you see new prices Vs used prices.
This kind of gives you an idea of what they are really worth ?
Besides, I heard that fender is discontinuing this model, thus the price drop.

oh well, so much for that.....hell, subtract shipping, i'd be looking at $400 sell price...daaang.

thanks for the info(saves from wasting time)...I'll wait until inflation returns and sell for $1900...
