It looks like it's Korean made Fender, according to the Fender support site...

i'm not 100% sure, but if they follow the "M"exico scheme, it would be a

C=corea
N=ninety
2=2

corean made in 1992 ...

but that's just guessing

That would be my guess as well.... follows the standard Fender numbering scheme.
