I saw a few of these on ebay. What caught my interest was that they apparently have a high-gain channel along with the traditional fender tube sounds. Seems like this might be a fairly versatile amp. I would like to have an amp that has the warm clean fender sound but with a more modern distortion sound. Has anyone played through this amp or have an opinion about it?

I played one at CG a good amount when I was looking at Deluxe, Pro, and Super Reverbs. The clean channel is pretty damn good, it breaks up a slight bit more than the others, but I remember being healvily into that amp. I didn't play with the OD channel very long because I was dead set on clean, but it was Very Smooth. Had some of the Marshall like qualities to it. If you think of "MODERN" as Nu-Metal, MesaBoogie, or anything with near that much bottom end, then its not it. But its definitly an amp I would take if I couldn't have my Super.
