feedback: recording set-up

me and a buddy of mine just opened up a sort of studio i guess, something for local musicians to get quality recordings for as cheap as possible but its turned more and more serious. we've put between 10-11k into it at this point. mostly into building the facilities into the basement. anyways we're charging like 12 bucks/hour which is the least we can afford to charge at this point because of the loans we owe. anyway heres our current set up:

any comments, suggestions you have would be awesome. im new to this whole thing. also any suggestions for our next additions as far as equipment goes (especially as far as mics go) we just bought two oktava mk319 but we're thinking about getting more mics, however, being 16 and 17 years old and already this much in debt, we're kind of strapped for cash. im just looking for whatever anyone recommends i need to have a solid mic collection. thanks for the feedback.

Here's what I would do..... Ditch the PG mics and get some decent drum mics.
